The monthly all-inclusive rent is 2000,- EUR. The all-inclusive rent also includes the parking space in the underground car park.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
The monthly additional charges are completely included in the all-inclusive rent.
The additional charges comprise, amongst others, the costs for
Heating and hot water
Internet/TV via cable
Caretaker services and house cleaning
Domestic water and waste water taxes
Insurances
Waste disposal
Gardening can be booked as special service additionally (90,- EUR). Gardening includes constant lawn mowing, irrigation, green cuttings, and cleaning work.
